alio-employee-portalJust a reminder that all pay information is now on the Employee Portal. You will need to set up an account in the  NEW Employee Portal to access your pay statements. There are many other features on the portal including illness, personal, and vacation days. Payroll forms are also included on the portal.

The site is web based, so you do not need any additional software installed, and can be accessed from any computer. To get started, click the Empoyee Portal icon at the top of the screen. Then click on "Create an account" and follow the instructions. 

The process to set up your account takes approximately ten minutes. The information you will need is your six digit employee number (which is found on your last check stub/statement), an email address, first and last name, last four digits of your social security number, date of birth, and Zip Code. Also, you will need to create three custom security questions

Some web browers are not supported with the current version of the Alio Employee Portal.  Also some modern day browsers are automatically updating themselves to the most recent version (updates usually happen when you restart your web browser).  Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox (starting with version 12) and Microsoft Internet Explorer (starting with version 10) support this feature.

To check the version of your web browser, use one of the followings steps (for your specific browser)

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer - on Windows-based computers:
    • Help -- About Internet Explorer
    • If you do not see the Help menu, you may see a small gear icon in the right-hand corner of the browser window.

  • Mozilla Firefox - on Windows-based computers:
    • Help -- About Firefox
    • If you go not immediately see the Help menu, newer versions of Firefox have a Firefox text menu in the upper left-hand corner of the browser window.

  • Mozilla Firefox - on Macintosh-based computers:
    • Firefox (Application Menu) -- About Firefox

  • Apple Safari - on Macintosh-based computers:
    • Safari (Application Menu) -- About Safari
